A parent or guardian whose child is enrolled at a school using Cloud School, and whose phone number or email address the school has on record.
Enter the phone number or email address the school holds for you, then your password. If you are linked to more than one school or campus you will be asked which one to open.
Choose Forgot Password on this page. A new password is sent to the email address the school has on record. If that address is wrong or missing, the school office has to correct it first.
The portal only knows the phone number and email the school entered for you. Ask the school office to confirm what is on your child's record - a number saved in a different format is the usual cause.
Sign in once. If your number is on record at several schools, you choose which one to open after entering it, and you can switch later from inside the portal.
